General Information
Dr. Jasmee is a highly skilled researcher with a strong academic background in Plant Pathology. She has successfully cleared the ASRB-ICAR NET exam, demonstrating her expertise in the field. During her Ph.D., she made a significant contribution by studying groundnut germplasm to assess its resistance against tikka disease, a serious crop disease. As a research associate, she evaluated the effectiveness and safety of BAS751 01 F 400g/I SC in controlling blight and powdery mildew in cumin. She also tested the fungicide UPFI 116 as a seed tuber treatment for managing Black Scurf, Scab, Late Blight, White Grub, and Termites in potatoes. In addition to research, she is actively involved in teaching and academic activities. She has also hosted television programs to educate farmers. Her contributions to the field include 14 research papers, three book chapters, one popular article, and one patent.
